Tell Us About Yourself
When I am in front of my laptop I write most often for my own site, Naked Girl in a Dress. I also write a monthly relationship column for Jungle of Life as well as guest write on large and small sites each month, including Skinny Ms, Girlfirendology, and Blissfully Domestic.

In addition to writing, I teach Social Media Marketing and Beginning and Intermediate Blogging courses as well as consult in these areas for clients.

Because these things aren't enough to keep me busy, I work part-time as a professional photographer since graduating from a professional photography school in 2011.

My time away from the laptop is spent enjoying my kids, behind a camera lens, training for a race (running races, duathons, triathlons), cooking, dating in my 40's (an adventure!), watching baseball, socializing with friends, trying new D.C. restaurants, or relaxing with a book.
Tell Us About Your Writing
Since I am not your typical narcissistic blogger, I won't tell you about my award-winning, popular blog where I write insightful and inspiring messages about rediscovering life and love at any age.

Instead I will tell you I have a blog, Naked Girl in a Dress, which I started following the break up of my marriage. It chronicles finding myself at 40 something with the hope to inspire a few people along the way.

Visit my site to learn more.

Thank you for welcoming me here. It's great to learn a bit about you and thank you for sharing about your family trip to Asheville, as I live there! Well, in Black Mtn and actually moving this weekend into town. Reason, for the youngest step-daughter so she can attend the high school of her choosing.

I have to share that I loved reading about "One Short of the Brady Bunch" for several reasons, it was fun to read, I come from a very large "brady bunch" like family (mom had 5, dad had 4 in their first marriages then got together and had three (last two, me and my twin brother!), and that I used to love watching that show as a child! hahaha
