Weekly Spotlight: Seasonal Writing 10-23-13

After having temperatures threatening to enter back into the 90-degree range earlier this month, D.C.-area residents are now enjoying milder temperatures and foliage exploding with color. Finally!

This week for the Weekly Spotlight, let's all share a post inspired by or about fall. Dig into your archives or post something you wrote this season. I can't wait to read all the entries!

Just a reminder of the process:

  1. Find a post that fits within this week's theme.
  2. Post a link in the comment section below.
  3. Visit at least one of the links shared for good writing karma.

Enjoy!

One of my favorite early stories of mine is a fantasy tale called "Yellow, Red, And Orange". Link is to my writing blog but it's also one of the sample stories I posted to my Studio30+ blog, so you can read it here on-site as well.

Fall means the end of daylight savings time, which sucks, and here's why:

Here's a post I wrote a year ago. It was popular when it first published, probably because it's something many of us wish for in our lives!

"What Would You Do with an Extra Hour in Your Day?"
